Gaetan Coulombe: President, driver and above all, a passionate person

"I was born to be a trucker": an obvious fact from a very young age, a trucker for 31 years, a passion that Gaetan lives out on a daily basis.
 

Gaetan has never left his driver's seat for that of President: he occupies both. This allows him to stay in touch with the reality of drivers and customers in order to be legitimate with them.
 

Driver since 1989, what he likes most: "solitude, traveling and eating everywhere! ».  Winter is what he appreciates the least in this job.

Gaetan built Anderson Siding Hauling Inc. from scratch in 2006, following a unique model based on respect, commitment, reliability and offering great flexibility to the drivers and brokers.
 

He is always moving forward and motivates his team to follow him. "We never get stuck, we find solutions to everything. »
 

"Mastering time is my biggest challenge in order to ensure not only the satisfaction of our customers and my team, but also the profitability of our company. »
 

"My projects :
- To continue to develop the sense of belonging of my team and our clients,
- reach and maintain a fleet of no more than 15 trucks to maintain excellent service,
- training the next generation: my son Loik"

Gaetan Coulombe :  Président, chauffeur et avant tout passionné

 

« Je suis né pour trucker » : une évidence dès son plus jeune âge, camionneur depuis 31 ans, une passion que Gaetan vit au quotidien.

 

Gaetan n’a jamais quitté son siège de chauffeur pour celui de Président : il occupe les deux. Cela lui permet de rester en contact avec la réalité des chauffeurs et des clients afin d’être légitime auprès d’eux.

 

Chauffeur depuis 1989, ce qu’il aime le plus : « la solitude, voyager et manger partout ! ».  L’hiver est ce qu’il apprécie le moins dans ce métier.

 

Gaetan a bâti de toutes pièces Anderson Siding Hauling Inc. en 2006, selon un modèle unique, basé sur le respect, l’engagement, la fiabilité et offrant une grande flexibilité à ses chauffeurs et brokers.

 

Il va toujours de l’avant et il motive son équipe à le suivre. « Jamais bloqués, nous trouvons des solutions à tout. »

 

« Maitriser le temps est mon plus gros défi afin d’assurer non seulement la satisfaction de nos clients et de mon équipe, mais aussi la rentabilité de notre compagnie. »

 

« Mes projets :

• continuer à développer le sentiment d’appartenance de mon équipe et de nos clients,

• atteindre et maintenir une flotte d’une quinzaine de trucks, pas plus, pour maintenir un excellent service,

• former la relève : mon fils Loik ».
